SICheckBot
If you found this in your server logs: a person asked SI Check to look at a link on your site. That’s the only reason it visits.
The user agent is SICheckBot/1.0 (+https://sicheck.com/bot).
- It makes one visit per request, triggered by a person pasting your link into SI Check. It does not crawl.
- It follows up to five redirects, reads up to 300 KB, sends no cookies, and does not run JavaScript.
- It only uses ports 80 and 443.
- It reads the page’s text, title and forms to describe what the link leads to. It does not store the page.
